After a long and very busy week in Paris, it was about time to get back to London to return to the routine.
Getting off the Eurostar, rushing to leave the suitcase at my very welcoming apartment, and dashing straight to the Fragrance launch would seem like a lot stress for most people…and yes, for me as well.
On my way to the event, feeling very tired and slightly dazed by all that had been going on during the past weeks, I must admit that all I wanted to do was return to the flat and sleep. Once I saw the sight of the Carven decorated taxis in front of the Pelham street store, the models taking pictures of the public from the window and all the white flowers that were decorating the interior of the store, my mood changed dramatically.
Everything form the sweet decoration of the interior of the Champaign cocktails that awaited the VIPs to the flower scent that wrapped all the guests as they entered the store made the atmosphere ideal for this event.
The canapés weren’t only delicious but also carefully assembled to perfectly suit the event.
